FRISTAM offers a modern range of centrifugal pumps which is systematically aimed at the products and pumping tasks of users.
FRISTAM FP pumps are solely equipped with the open impellers which are unsurpassed in hygienic applications. Customized stainless steel alloys and solid components with minimum wall thicknesses of 6 mm provide the ideal basis for problemfree operation.
The FRISTAM FP design principle guarantees high levels of efficiency: minimal secondary vortexing and an aerodynamically optimized pumping channel handle the fluid gently and minimize warming. The fluids pumped may contain air or gas, be homogeneous or contain additives, and viscosities up to 1,200 mPas are no problem.
Low NPSH levels also permit use under unfavourable intake conditions.
The extremely low-vibration running of the FRISTAM FP pumps supports the high reliability and long life of the mechanical seals. Double mechanical seals also permit operation under vacuum conditions and prevent damage to the product by contamination as well as environmental pollution due to product emissions.
FRISTAM FP pumps are fully suitable for the CIP method and can be sterilized.
